Keep in mind WORK BASED LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES ARE A DISTRICT GOAL therefore recruiting new members to attend these events are so vital to the program.
Meeting leaders, please ensure you take notes/minutes that will be used for PERKINS program re-approvals! Those should be emailed to C&I no later than the next day.
PRIOR, CTE Staff to:
Share SAVE THE DATE with returning and new members in September.
Share SURVEY FOR GUESTS to RSVP in October.
Check on CURRENT RSVP GUESTS to ensure members are attending. Contact as necessary.
Revise Agendas within Program Folders.
Night of the event, CTE Staff to:
Pick up dessert boards from Culinary Arts as well as agendas and sign in sheets from C&I.
At 5pm, help welcome all guests/members in the conference center for a welcome.
Lead members to breakout sessions within their respective CTE shops/rooms.
Lead the meeting and take notes (all agendas, sign in sheets attached in the Program Folders attached).
Meeting to conclude around 7:00pm.
Following the meeting, CTE Staff to:
Record minutes, collect sign in sheets and deliver to Christie in the C&I office.
Thank members for coming and send them Save the Date for April meeting.

Review staff assignment list.
Guests begin arriving at 5:30pm. CTE Staff to mingle and enjoy treats within Perch and touch base with all Advisory Board members.
At 5:50pm, help lead members into the Conference Center to sit in assigned rows for a welcome presentation.
Following the welcoming presentation, lead guests to various breakout sessions within assigned shops/rooms in the building. CTE Staff to follow updated agendas in the Program Folders attached. Academic teachers to take minutes.
Meeting to conclude at 7:30pm.
